Our lives and leadership are shaped by the cycles we carry—patterns that reflect personal, societal, and even generational imprints. From Reactivity to Resilience: Responsive Leadership and Fractals of Healing delves into these spirals, offering a framework to understand their origins and tools to transform them. Grounded in ReParentive® Therapy, this course explores how healing at a cellular and energetic level ripples outward to inspire change in relationships, communities, and systems.
Through experiential practices and dynamic discussions, participants will discover how to shift from reactivity to resilience, creating space for authentic, grounded leadership. You’ll explore how trauma and stress become encoded, learn strategies for nervous system regulation, and develop the capacity to unwind limiting beliefs that affect how we (you) move through the world.
This course is ideal for therapists, leaders, changemakers or anyone seeking deeper personal growth and the tools to amplify their impact. From Reactivity to Resilience: Responsive Leadership and Fractals of Healing invites you to step into a more intentional, resilient way of being and leading, with healing that extends far beyond the individual.
This course runs from September 13 – October 18, 2025, with live classes held Saturdays from 9 – 10:30 a.m. PT via Zoom. Recordings will be available for registrants who are unable to attend a session.
Spirals of Transformation
- Emotional Volatility and Capacity
High levels of stress and volatility lower our emotional capacity, making us reactive rather than responsive in our interactions and decisions. - Outward Spirals of Wounding
Early imprints from personal and collective trauma shape how we perceive, believe, and relate, influencing every area of our lives. - Collective Trauma and Global Dynamics
Unresolved trauma and societal dysfunction manifest in global conflicts, high volatility, and the leaders we choose, mirroring a "dysfunctional family" on a global scale. - Inward Spirals of Internalized Beliefs
Capitalism, patriarchy, and ancestral patterns create stress-filled, fast-paced environments that prevent rest, integration, and grounded responses, leading to contagious dysregulation.
This course will help you explore these spirals, understand their impact, and begin the healing process from the inside out.
By the End of This Course, You Will:
- Gain tools to regulate your nervous system, fostering resilience and grounded responses.
- Uncover the deep impact of personal, generational, and collective trauma on your beliefs, behaviors, and leadership.
- Learn to unwind limiting patterns and reclaim your agency for greater effectiveness in life and work.
- Develop embodied practices to enhance your authenticity, connection, and leadership impact.
- Experience the transformative power of healing spirals, creating ripples of change within yourself, your community, and the planet.
